Haricoco Tiffins all started with the idea to introduce a more sustainable food delivery system
By focusing on connection, using seasonal surplus, and whole ingredients. We want to empower communities and individuals to make real food choices and reduce waste.
No plastic, low waste, minimum CO2 – just delicious food!
We deliver food, freshly home-made from scratch, with whole ingredients and seasonal surplus, packed and delivered in an eco-friendly tiffin.
Weekly, bi-monthly or monthly; you return us your empty tiffin in exchange for a delicious, newly filled tiffin. All at your own rhythm. Without any obligations!
You don’t have to be vegan or vegetarian to enjoy a plant-based meal
Because of our preorder system, we can guarantee a low waste kitchen policy. And if we do happen to have some kitchen surplus, we ferment it into tasty and gut friendly condiments – our specialty!
We minimise added CO2 by delivery. And we like to empower individuals by offering the most enjoyable way to lower their CO2 footprint, simply by enjoying delicious meals.
In Toulouse, from Summer 2025 we will provide two options
Tiffins Batch
Delivered on Mondays to make your week easier.
1 tiffin contains 3 base meals (yes this makes three meals – half your week done!), of course with added specialty fermented condiments.
We do the shopping, chopping, creating & cooking, while you just add your preferred carbs (rice, pasta, couscous, potato). 1 tiffin will generously feed 2 adults.
Tiffins Match
Delivered on Friday, to start your weekend well. No stressed out cooking on Friday night!
Enjoy this full meal (serves 2 adults generously) or add extras to make it go further and organise a larger feast for more people!
