- Stuffed aubergine rolls — black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, capers & pine nuts, slow-roasted tomato sauce
- Carrots three ways — roasted, fermented & raw, raisins, warming spices, toasted almonds & orange
- Seasonal crudités & light peanut sauce — fresh lime & coriander
Vegan Provençal daube — mushrooms, aubergine, black olives, red wine & herbes de Provence
