Because we work only with seasonal and local surplus produce, we don’t use a fixed menu.
Our goal is a zero-waste kitchen, which means flexibility and creativity are at the heart of everything we do.
Every Thursday, we’ll email you the menu for the following week.
If you reply before Monday 10h00, we can prepare your order and organise zero-waste deliveries.
So while the menu changes, one thing stays the same: fresh, nourishing, and always delicious!
