Focussing on connection, using seasonal surplus, and whole ingredients, we empower communities and individuals to make real food choices and reduce waste.

We will deliver our fresh, home-made dishes, cooked from scratch and presented in reusable, stainless steel tiffins. Weekly, bi-monthly or monthly, return your empty tiffin and take away more freshly cooked, delicious, wholesome meals.

Our preorder system guarantees low waste, and if we do happen to have some kitchen surplus… we ferment it!

Over the last few years, we have been developing our expertise in lacto-fermentation. Experimenting with micro-organisms has not only been great fun, but also proven to be the missing piece of the puzzle in flavour enhancing and layering. It has opened a new world, which we want to share!

We will start organising events, small workshops, and community dinners & gatherings. Be sure to join our mailing list if you would like to be involved.

Haricoco was founded in 2018 by Nicole Schoofs

After she finished an inspiring vegan cooking course in Bath (UK), she knew there was a way to improve our food system, while enjoying the good life and being mindful of our planet. Even though at that moment the road was not exactly clear, the first steps were taken.

Now, in 2025 all the various activities, interests and skills come together in the French pink city Toulouse.
