I offer a series of three workshops dedicated to fermentation, designed as a progressive journey: learning the basics, putting them into practice, and then going deeper.
All workshops take place in small groups (minimum 2, maximum 6 participants), in a relaxed and hands-on setting.

First Ferments

  • Duration: approx. 2 hours

An introduction to lacto-fermentation.
We cover the essential basics before moving into practice: each participant prepares their own jar of fermented vegetables to take home.

Ferments for Everyday Cooking

  • Duration: approx. 2.5 hours
  • Price: 45.– / person

This workshop focuses on how to use fermented foods in everyday cooking.
We explore simple, practical ways to integrate ferments into daily meals, with tastings and shared discussion.

Discovering Koji

  • Duration: approx. 2.5–3 hours
  • Price: 45.– / person

An introduction to the world of koji.
We look at what koji is, how it works, and how it transforms food, through accessible explanations and tastings.
