💭 variation ideas

Since I have been experimenting with sweet potato dips, I can’t stop. As there are so many great possibilities. Sometimes I make it ‘smoky’ by adding smoked paprika and / or smoked liquid. You can even infuse some lapsang tea (smoky tea) into a plant based milk, and add that to the sweet potato puree. Or sometimes I make the dip more Asian-style with ginger, extra lime juice and coriander.

The possibilities are endless 😉

Are you having a party, or an apero feast coming up. Try a variation of dips for your guest to Enjoy. Like a hot red pepper salsa, or a coriander & lime hummus, a vegan aioli, or tartare sauce. Many options possible for a creative platter with dips. You can serve it with raw vegetables like carrot and celery sticks, Celeriac frites or sweet potato crisps, or just some bread and breadsticks.
